Operations Supervisor

TAPTIC FINANCIAL INC. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workplace, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train and develop a team of 3-4 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and providing recommendations for increased productivity and product quality.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Work Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating activities with other work units or departments as needed.
- Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and will be required to maintain attention to detail. You will be working in a team environment, and will be expected to be a team player.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
