Papa Murphy's Culinary Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

Papa Murphy's is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing inventory, and providing training to kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate food portions and expenses: Accurately estimate food portions and expenses to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook meals and dishes: Prepare and cook meals and dishes to meet the high standards of Papa Murphy's.
  • Create dishes for customers with dietary restrictions: Create dishes that cater to customers with dietary restrictions, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide training to kitchen staff: Train kitchen staff on food preparation, kitchen safety, and customer service.
  • Supervise kitchen employees: Supervise kitchen employees to ensure they are meeting kitchen standards and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and records: Manage kitchen inventory and records to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Oversee kitchen operations: Oversee kitchen operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
