TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Licensed Millwright to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various CNC machines and manual equipment to produce precision tools and dies.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines and manual equipment to produce precision tools and dies, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements and dimensions.
- Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines and manual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve machining processes and techniques.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Professional Development: Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Millwright.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Millwright.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of programming, tooling, and machine setup.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, precise work.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
