Shift Manager Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough training for team members

  • Maintain swift, accurate service, deliver outstanding customer service, and meet or exceed expectations

This position is associated with one of our many franchisees. Each independently owned and operated Tim Hortons franchise determines its own compensation, benefits, and career development programs, which may differ from those at company-owned locations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is required
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
  • Flexible availability is essential
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills are necessary
  • Friendly and outgoing personality is a must
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance is expected
  • Engaging and positive demeanor is essential
  • Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
  • Open availability to cover various shifts throughout the week
