A propos du poste

Nous recherchons un Analyste Financier pour rejoindre notre équipe de reporting financier. Sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe, vous serez en charge de consolider les modèles d'affaire de toutes les entités de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités
  • Consolider les différents segments d'affaires mensuellement à l'aide de Solver BI360.
  • Préparer et analyser le bilan ainsi que l'état des flux de trésorerie.
  • Analyser la performance de nos différents segments d'affaires.
  • Créer et améliorer des analyses avec l'outil Power BI.
  • Participer à l'élaboration du budget annuel.
  • Préparer la documentation nécessaire pour les rapports trimestriels destinés au conseil d'administration et aux autres utilisateurs externes.
  • Participer au processus d'audit de fin d'année et à l'élaboration complète des états financiers.
  • Développer et maintenir les rapports de profitabilité ayant un impact sur nos partenaires minoritaires, tout en respectant les normes comptables.
  • Veiller à la bonne comptabilisation des nouveaux segments d'affaires et acquisitions dans le processus de consolidation.
Compétences requises
  • Titulaire d'un baccalauréat en comptabilité ou dans une discipline similaire et d'un titre CPA (EFC complété au minimum).
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie et/ou dans un environnement complexe et multi-entreprises.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) en raison de la nécessité de communiquer avec des employés anglophones unilingues dans les autres provinces.
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics Navision et/ou de Solver BI360 est un atout.
  • Grandes aptitudes pour effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément et s'adapter aux besoins changeants de l'organisation.
