Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Create and implement gymnastics programs that cater to the needs of our young athletes, focusing on skill development, safety, and fun.
- Coaching: Provide expert coaching to children of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our young athletes.
- Safety and Risk Management: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our athletes, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and management to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in gymnastics coaching or a related field.
- Certifications: Level 1 Certificate in Coaching and CPR Certificate.
- Work Setting: Gymnastics environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week.
