Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

Six side Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing databases, operating database management systems, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop databases to meet business needs
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data and provide insights
  • Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules
  • Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage and for the backup and recovery of data
  • Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers
  • Collect and document user's requirements
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will work under pressure to deliver high-quality results and will be required to sit for extended periods.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in IT
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
