**Job Summary**

Guidewire Software is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead to join our development team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the design and implementation of complex software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the design and implementation of software solutions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and best practices

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years of software development experience, with 1+ years of team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile development principles and methodologies
  • Experience with cloud-based software development and microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in Core Java and JavaScript
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
