Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Banking Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and referrals.
  • Provide expert advice on banking and credit products to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
