Commercial Legal Advisor

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and support to our organization in Burlington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
  • Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
  • Represent the organization in court proceedings, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Law degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
