Retail Store Manager

Peter's Your Independent Grocer is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
