Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at the Canadian Ultrasound Institute and Research Centre Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training and development programs.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
