About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at Boutique Awesome. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage our audience and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to achieve business objectives
  • Evaluate and improve existing communication strategies and programs
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
  • Provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses
  • Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students
  • Plan and manage development projects
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications materials
  • Establish and maintain contact with the media
  • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
  • Manage and maintain digital databases
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • Language of work: English or French
  • Hours of work: 15 to 37.5 hours per week
