Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Hawkesbury General Hospital & District General Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to work in our Medical Surgical Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in medicine-surgery and rehabilitation, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and innovative environment
  • Work effectively in a team environment to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
Requirements
  • Certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Experience in a similar position
