POSITION: Technical Records and Quality Assurance Support
REPORTS TO: Director of Maintenance (DOM) and Production Manager (PM)
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.
SALARY RANGE: $30.28 to $35.42 per hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Aviation industry experience is an asset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accuracy of Journey Logbooks.
- Maintain and update maintenance tracking software and Excel spreadsheets.
- Conduct Quality Control checks on completed Job Cards.
- Update Technical Logs for aircraft.
- Review publications, including Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives, for compliance and effectiveness.
- Perform ongoing Quality Assurance on MSA's and AD's compliance.
- Document ADs in maintenance tracking software.
- Input Turbine Engine Trend Monitoring data into CAMP.
- Organize and file all maintenance-related documentation.
- Collaborate with and support the QA Manager/DOM.
- Review QA Findings and coordinate resolutions with various Department Managers.
- Serve as Lead Auditor and assist in training auditors.
- Participate in the development and auditing of company policies and procedures.
- Review QA Findings and ensure completion with appropriate Accountable Managers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the President, QA Manager, or Ops Manager.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as directed by the DOM.
