Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough visual assessments of all vehicles to evaluate their condition before entering the wash bay
  • Efficiently direct vehicles into the wash area to optimize processing time
  • Perform inspections within the wash bay to confirm that all equipment and cleaning agents are functioning correctly
  • Clean and detail vehicles as part of our dedicated wash team
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dealership premises, ensuring that all items are in their designated locations
  • Provide courteous assistance to guests and colleagues, addressing any inquiries professionally to enhance customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid Ontario Driver's license with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze situations, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and sound judgment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
