We're on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 M homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use.

Job Overview:

We're seeking highly motivated and passionate HVAC technicians to join our team and help us disrupt the residential HVAC industry.

As our first install crew, you'll be responsible for removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems, collaborating with engineering teams on product improvement and install process streamlining.

Responsibilities:
  • Install new heat pump systems
  • Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
  • Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality
  • Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
  • HVAC/R Red Seal (preferred), but also open to apprentices
  • Gas Fitter B (preferred), but also open to apprentices
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
