Job Summary

Boulangerie Lanthier Ltée. is seeking a skilled Food Processing Labourer to join our team in a fast-paced bakery environment. As a Food Processing Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality baked goods while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of food safety and handling skills to prevent contamination and ensure the quality of our products.
  • Material Handling: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials as needed to support production.
  • Machinery Operation: Feed and unload processing machines, and assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
  • Quality Control: Check products and packaging for basic quality defects and report any issues to the production team.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Work Environment

As a Food Processing Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a focus on efficiency and quality. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English or French is required for this position.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
