Job Title: Class 3 Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 3 driver to join our team at EFR Environmental, part of the Municipal Group of Companies. As a Class 3 driver, you will be responsible for operating a truck in a safe and efficient manner on assigned routes according to contractual requirements.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license with a Class 3 license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in a team environment. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment under varying traffic and road conditions. You will also be required to maintain radio contact with team and supervisor to receive instructions and report any issues on route or with the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and load truck in a safe and efficient manner on assigned routes according to contractual requirements
  • Ensure routes are completed in a timely and safe manner
  • Responsible for daily pre and post-trip inspections of truck
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment under varying traffic and road conditions
  • Maintain radio contact with team and supervisor to receive instructions and report any issues on route or with the vehicle
