Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Counsel to join our Law Department and support our Finance, Treasury, Sustainability, and Corporate Governance teams. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on securities, governance, and disclosure matters, including corporate financing transactions, corporate governance, and negotiation of agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support and advice on securities, governance, and disclosure matters
  • Negotiate agreements, including credit facilities, underwriting agreements, and NDAs
  • Coordinate business feedback on agreements and legal documentation
  • Interact with external counsel and project management
Requirements:
  • University Degree
  • Member of a Provincial Bar in good standing
  • Work experience in securities law and corporate finance matters
  • Strong drafting, legal, and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
