We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Branch Director to lead our team at our Saskatoon, SK branch. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating branch operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate branch operations to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, and ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
- Maintain effective administrative management practices, including staff training and development.
- Provide support to client services, including technical support to clients and employees.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives and increase revenue.
- Stay updated on markets, trends, and developments in the industry to stay ahead of competitors' activities.
- Excellent leadership, motivation, and coaching skills with a focus on people and results.
- Good interpersonal relationships and ability to work as a team player.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to support convictions with sound reasoning.
- Excellent skills in planning, organization, and time management.
- Ability to make decisions and work independently.
- Strong sales abilities and persuasiveness to drive revenue growth.
