About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovation roadmap to drive long-term sales and profit growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an innovation roadmap to drive long-term sales and profit growth

- Develop product concepts to facilitate volume and profit growth
- Develop forecasts and budgets for new products and participate in the overall company innovation stage gate, commercial team, and budgeting process
- Lead commercialization of select innovation projects
- Manage the innovation and marketing programs on time and within budget
- Lead cross-functional teams effectively to achieve stated objectives
- Work collaboratively with the Brand Marketing team
- Prepare sales and trade presentations to proactively engage partners in strategic innovation projects
- Be an effective leader of the Marketing Team and create effective working relationships across internal and external departments
- Evaluate market reactions to product launches, making timely adjustments to strategies and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Remain current on industry and general marketing knowledge and keep management informed on developments
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with experience in lifestyle and values-led brands an asset
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing, business)
