  • Lead cross-functional teams effectively to achieve stated objectives
  • Work collaboratively with the Brand Marketing team
  • Prepare sales and trade presentations to proactively engage partners in strategic innovation projects
  • Be an effective leader of the Marketing Team and create effective working relationships across internal and external departments
  • Evaluate market reactions to product launches, making timely adjustments to strategies and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Remain current on industry and general marketing knowledge and keep management informed on developments

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with experience in lifestyle and values-led brands an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing, business)
