Job Title: Hair Stylist

We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at Excel Personnel Inc. as a permanent full-time position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients. This includes cutting and trimming hair according to client instructions or preferences, providing custom hair and scalp treatments, and suggesting hairstyles compatible with client physical features and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences
  • Provide custom hair and scalp treatments
  • Suggest hairstyles compatible with client physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones and responding to client inquiries
  • Maintain and order supplies, including hair care products and equipment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the hair styling industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio in an urban area, providing on-site customer service to clients.
