The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our stores. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, controlling expenses, and maintaining exceptional Guest Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Manage inventory levels and control shrinkage
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18
  • Prior retail and management experience required
  • Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
