Job Title: Senior Siebel Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Siebel Developer to join our team at iPartner Consulting. As a Senior Siebel Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop business solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure user experience and accessibility
  • Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using UI prototyping software
  • Develop use cases, business rules, and quality assurance plans
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Siebel, or Adobe AEM Solution implementation
  • Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience with documenting test strategies, scenarios, plans for user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model
  • Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained
