Noor Painting is seeking a skilled Painting Supervisor to oversee our painting projects and teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of painting projects, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of painting teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for painting projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of painting teams.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting or a related field.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
