Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking, Packing, and Shipping: Pick and pack materials for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in meeting delivery deadlines.
  • Receiving and Inventory Management: Receive and verify incoming vendor shipments, accurately recording and storing materials in our inventory system.
  • Material Handling and Safety: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders or shipments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills, ability to develop comprehensive product knowledge, and proficiency in using software systems for order processing.
