Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations. You will be required to travel to different locations, using public transportation or your own vehicle.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
