Ecommerce Director
Recruitment Partners Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced Ecommerce Director to lead the online sales channel for our client, a prominent company in the market.
As the Ecommerce Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy that drives revenue growth and profitability. You will oversee all aspects of the online business, from platform management and customer service to marketing and vendor relationships.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage the financial performance of the ecommerce business, ensuring profitability and meeting revenue targets.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for ecommerce growth, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, including site updates, promotions, and customer support.
- Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ecommerce-related matters, acting as an internal expert on strategy and systems.
- Optimize the customer journey and user experience to enhance conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions through paid and organic channels.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of ecommerce initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale ecommerce platforms and driving revenue growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
