Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on how to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience at Subway is positive and memorable.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, as well as maintain accurate records of employee hours and attendance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
