Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:CBS Parts Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and selling automotive parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Sell automotive parts and accessories to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed sales recommendations.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail or automotive parts environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
