Position Overview- Sort and clean produce, categorizing fruits and vegetables by size, shape, color, and quantity
- Manually harvest crops, including row and orchard produce
- Assist in planting, nurturing, and watering crops
- Care for and operate farm machinery and tools
- Inspect products to ensure they meet market standards
- No formal education or certification required
- Training will be provided on-site
- Must be prepared for a physically intensive role involving heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
