Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Fox Creek Limited Partnership o/a Comfort Inn and Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Room Preparation: Make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, as well as disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Special Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced hotel environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility.
