Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
- Manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Process cash transactions accurately.
- Receive, categorize, and label incoming items.
- Maintain detailed records within the inventory management system.
- Unpack and organize received parts, supplies, and materials.
- Proficient in inventory control software.
- Familiarity with internet-based tools.
- Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient.
