The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mobility and Accessibility Sales Consultant to join our team in Edmonton. As a Sales Consultant, you will work closely with therapists to match mobility and assisted living products with the needs of our clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions to clients by working directly with therapists to select custom mobility devices that meet their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
- Travel to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences to demonstrate products and services to clients and their teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling, maintaining, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry, or a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Long Term Care, or another healthcare area.
- Strong sales drive, problem-solving skills, and ability to ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot concerns and meet client needs.
- Technical skills, including experience with a Customer Relationship database (CRM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to relate to people and build trust easily.
- A valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as a clean criminal background check and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
