Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kaipings Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Teamwork: Work under pressure, maintain a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
