About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at Military Homes Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the construction of residential homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure accurate execution.
  • Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to meet project specifications.
  • Structural Assembly: Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to ensure a sturdy and secure structure.
  • Finishing Touches: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to complete the interior and exterior of the homes.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate costs and materials required for each project to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments, including residential homes, industrial plants, and other facilities.
