About the Role

ZL EOR CHEMICALS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial planning and analysis of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Accounting Systems Administration: Set up, administer, and maintain accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to stakeholders, including management, board members, and regulatory bodies.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Financial Advice: Provide financial advice and guidance to management and other stakeholders on financial matters.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Will train, but prior experience in accounting or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
