Project Manager ERP Process and Testing

The Project Control Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of configuration setup, data, and process testing within the ERP Program. This role will facilitate the entire project development cycle, with a focus on managing the project testing cycle, including planning, execution, and closing stages.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and communicate comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test management approaches to multiple test cycles across multiple projects in partnership with functional, technical, project work streams, and implementation partners.
- Lead a team of Business Analysts and Testing Analysts within the project management workstream, responsible for developing test plans and schedules, assigning responsibilities, identifying resource needs, managing risks and issues, monitoring quality of deliverables, and ensuring usage of established project tools.
- Implement ERP solutions in a cloud-based environment, leveraging experience with COTS packages and productivity tools such as Confluence, Jira, JAMA, SVN, SharePoint, Visio, and BPM tools.
- Develop and execute multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including executive management, clients, and other departments.
- Lead team spirit and direct individuals toward achievement of team and organizational goals.
- University degree in computing science, engineering, or related technology field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Eight (8) years of work experience as a Project Manager, leading projects in software development environments, including experience with project management software, spreadsheet tools, and diagram and flowcharting software.
- Experience implementing ERP solutions, COTS packages, and productivity tools.
- Demonstrated experience with agile and iterative software development methodologies.
