About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at SURBHI SHARMA. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to infants and children in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education: Develop and implement engaging activities and educational programs to promote the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Household Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to meet the dietary needs of children.
  • Health and Safety: Monitor and maintain the health and safety of children, including administering medications and providing first aid when necessary.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and attention to children's needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's activities, meals, and health information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience working with children, preferably in a home childcare setting.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, time management, patience, and honesty.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
