We are seeking skilled Class 1 Truck Drivers to join our team in Kamloops, British Columbia.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in transporting wood fibre locally within the Interior of BC. Our drivers enjoy a home-every-day schedule and operate modern equipment.
What We Offer:- Competitive Compensation: $73,500 - $100,000 per year

- Supervise cargo handling and secure loads, ensuring compliance with applicable Acts and Regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre, post, and en route trip inspections on equipment operated, prioritizing safety, roadworthiness, and regulatory adherence.
- Adhere to all relevant legislation governing safe operation, load securement, driver's hours of service, health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods, and weights/dimensions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including bill of lading and other relevant paperwork.
- Utilize truck cab computers, 2-way radios, and phones for effective communication and information exchange.
- Complete electronic logs of work hours and vehicle service/repair status.
- Engage in professional and respectful interactions with customers, colleagues, and the public.
- A positive and dedicated attitude.
- Valid Class 1 Truck Driver's License.
- Clean Driver's Abstract with no suspensions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Minimum of two professional job references.
- B train experience is beneficial.
- Mountain driving experience is advantageous.
