Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Blackwater Security Services Ltd. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Clients with Special Needs: Provide support and assistance to clients with special needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Report Writing: Prepare and submit accurate and detailed reports on security incidents and activities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce regulations and policies to maintain order and resolve conflicts, while monitoring establishment activities.
  • Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft.
  • Certificate and License Requirements: Possess a valid Security Guard License and meet all necessary certification requirements.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Maintain attention to detail and possess excellent physical and mental stamina.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, sound judgment, and a strong team player mentality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
