- Assist with reception and clerical duties, providing exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues.
- Prepare dental instruments and materials, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide guidance on maintaining good oral health.
- Polish teeth, apply fluoride and sealants, and prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
- College/CEGEP education and 2 years of experience in a dental setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
