Job Opportunity at Challenger Sports

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic soccer coach to join our team at Challenger Sports Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.

About the Role

This is a coaching position that involves mentoring and providing support to our organization and coaching staff. As an ambassador of Challenger Sports, you will deliver in-house coaches clinics and coach education, while being a positive role model and offering clear and continual feedback to players, parents, and coaches.

About the Programs

Challenger Sports Academy offers professional year-round coaching, while TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow, introducing young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer, as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

Requirements
  • Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application
  • Must be aware of current first aid procedures
  • It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Playing/coaching experience is preferred
  • You must have valid work authorization
