We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Bothwell-Accurate Co. Inc.
Job SummaryThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This includes assigning financial projects and activities to workers, evaluating daily operations, and identifying and investigating compliance issues.

- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and investigate compliance issues to ensure adherence to regulations
- Motivate staff to achieve financial goals
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth financial processes
- Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Train staff on financial procedures and policies
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure financial compliance
- Monitor financial control systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure financial stability
- Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
- Oversee the preparation of reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Advise senior management on financial matters to ensure informed decision-making
- Lead and instruct groups to achieve financial goals
- Perform human resources-related duties such as personnel selection
- Manage cash and financial transactions to ensure financial stability
- Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance
- 5 years or more of experience in accounting or a related field
- Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Project, and MS Windows
- Area of specialization in accounting
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and efficient in financial transactions and record-keeping
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
