Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Team Member. As a key member of our theatre staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive entertainment experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and safe theatre environment.
  • Operate theatre equipment and technology, including concession stands and box office systems.
  • Assist with sales and promotions, including the sale of food and beverages.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification an asset.
