Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and organized Bakery Specialist to join our team at Boston Pizza International Inc. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking dough, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake dough to meet quality and quantity standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Work effectively with other team members to meet kitchen demands
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate food preparation
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
