Job Title: Automotive Painting and Refinishing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painting and Refinishing Technician to join our team at 409 Collision Centre.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a seamless finish and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to a high standard
  • Mix paint, blend and match colors to ensure a perfect match
  • Replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
  • Clean and maintain work space to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a noisy and odorous environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling and standing for extended periods
