Educational Requirements

Candidates should possess a **college, CEGEP**, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting **3 months to less than 1 year**.

Work Environment

The role is primarily based in a **nursing home** or facility catering to the elderly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Support residents during meal times, including serving and feeding
  • Assist in the mobility of residents, including lifting and transporting
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of residents' living spaces
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry duties
