About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Farm Laborer to join our team at Swift Connect INC. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Work: Apply the technique of hoeing between rows, grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch high prices in the market, pick row and orchard crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
  • Warehouse and Logistics: Clean the work area, load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • The work environment is fast-paced, and tasks may be repetitive.
  • The role requires physical stamina, as you will be standing for extended periods and performing tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Personal Qualities and Suitability
  • We are looking for a team player who is reliable and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
  • English is the primary language spoken in the workplace, and proficiency in English is required.
